Artist's Comments

This was taken some months ago in the botanical gardens.

The lovely Fruzsi (~peachpatrol) in the setting sun. The light was fading and we tried to make use of whatever was left of it. I underexposed some of this film due to shooting shot after shot a bit too quickly... it's cross-processed AND expired, so it needs a lot of light. So a fair few shots just didn't turn out, but this is one I'm happy with :)

Nikon FM2 + Kodak Ektachrome 160T expired in '97 (thank you =DalaiHarma for the donation ), scan from print.

i like this one, eventhough its a bit dark.. very nice.

Thanks!
It's pretty much the only shot where the underexposure actually looked alright.
I'm glad you like it :)

youre welcome. actually, if you would have pushed the film when developed i wonder how it would've looked like. just curious.. :)
:iconveraada:
Wait, I don't think I quite understand what you mean... you mean editing afterwards on photoshop? Or taking the pictures with a different ISO setting to what the film actually is? Sorry, I'm a little confused :slow:

i just meant that it would have been possible to leave the film a bit longer in developer :) but apparently you didnt knew it was underexposed in the first place, so sorry about that comment.
:iconveraada:
Ohh, yeah. Well I can't control that seeing as I don't process the film myself... I only do b&w processing & printing myself :)

:iconweikn:
yes, of course ;)
but actually, ive been thinking of pushing normal negatives, like underexposing them 3-4 stops and then push them. At least it would be interesting to try with consumer films. Should result huge contrast
:iconveraada:
Yeah that would be an interesting experiment to try.. :)

The dark lighting is just absolutely beautiful.
This would not have worked on digital.
